“I began my accountancy career at DRG after leaving college in 2017. Starting initially in Audit and studying for my ACA qualification, the flexibility offered at DRG enabled me to change roles and join the tax department. I am now proud to be a qualified accountant, have progressed to Tax Manager and am currently working towards my CTA qualification. DRG has constantly supported me in my studies and my career. I enjoy the diverse and interesting client base I work with and have full exposure to a wide variety of areas within tax. I now specialise in EMI and SEIS / EIS, as well as supporting the team with aspects of personal and corporate taxes.
I also lead the health and wellbeing team at DRG. This is an area I am passionate about and the partners have listened, encouraged and supported our efforts. We have implemented various initiatives to create a healthy working environment. I am looking forward to progressing this further in the coming years, so all employees feel valued and supported. “
