Oliver re-joined DRG as Partner in 2015 having spent ten years working in corporate finance, latterly as a director in BDO’s national transaction services team where he worked with corporate, financial and private equity clients on transactions and financial events such as, sales, acquisitions, re-financing, fund raising, working capital funding, valuations and exits.
Having worked on well over 100 transactions Oliver’s experience covers most sectors and ranges from small, owner managed to multi-million-pound international and listed businesses. However, he has extensive relationships in the mid-market and particular experience of Retail, and specifically F&B retail, technology, leisure, healthcare and manufacturing.
Leveraging this experience of financially and commercially analysing different business models Oliver works closely with DRG clients on all aspects of their finance needs but with a focus on DRG’s advisory, retail, tech and start up offerings.
Outside of work, when not being worn out by his two young sons, Oliver enjoys swimming, badminton, cooking and following most sports.
