Partner

Daniel Reid

Dan joined as a partner in 2004, having trained and qualified with Deloitte in their London office, where he was part of the mid-market audit team with a client base in the retail, technology, and professional services sectors. Having been at DRG for over 20 years, Dan has a wealth of experience working with individuals, start-ups, and SMEs, providing them with audit, financial reporting, and advisory services.

Oliver Burton

Oli re-joined DRG as a Partner in 2015, having spent ten years working in corporate finance, latterly as a director in BDO’s national transaction services team, where he worked with corporate, financial, and private equity clients on transactions and financial events such as sales, acquisitions, re-financing, fundraising, working capital funding, valuations, and exits.

At DRG Oli manages a portfolio of clients, many of which operate in the F&B and retail sectors, and also maintains a focus on corporate finance and growth advisory.

Tax Director

Stephanie Franklin

Stephanie has a degree in Accounting and Taxation and is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

As Tax Director, Stephanie heads up the DRG tax offering, overseeing compliance and client tax planning strategies. Stephanie has a particular focus on personal tax planning, especially for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses. She also specialises in helping non-UK residents and non-UK domiciled individuals with their compliance and planning matters, including pre-arrival planning. She also has extensive experience in advising on inheritance tax and estate planning.

FINANCE PARTNER

Tabitha Reid

Tabby joined as a partner in 2010, having trained and qualified with Deloitte and then spent six years in the industry. Initially, Tabby headed up and helped build the DRG Outsourced Finance department and worked closely with a number of clients, typically acting as an outsourced financial director or controller. Tabby is now the DRG Finance Partner but also retains a portfolio of clients.
