Our partners have a wealth of practical corporate finance experience. Oli, in particular, spent ten years working in Corporate Finance, including as a director in BDO’s transaction services team. He has experience with well over 100 transactions. We are proud to have supported a number of DRG clients with successful acquisitions and exits.

We specialise in working with start-ups and fast-growing businesses. Within each of our core service teams, we have specialists who focus on working with businesses, often from incorporation, offering a wide variety of services that provide founders with the financial support they require to enable their businesses to succeed.

Valuation Services
We perform business valuations for a variety of purposes, including HMRC clearance (EMI schemes etc.), potential transactions, exit planning, shareholder and family matters and regulatory reasons. Our valuation work is conducted by our partners and senior managers, who have the experience required to deliver a concise report that you can have confidence in.
