Olympic gold medallist and successful businessman Adrian Moorhouse kicked off the inaugural Royal Borough Business Forum networking event, which took place in the historic, former royal residence Cumberland Lodge in Windsor Great Park.
The sell-out event, supported by DRG, gave local businesses the opportunity to hear Adrian Moorhouse, founder of the Maidenhead-based management consultancy Lane 4, speak on creating a high performance work environment. Drawing on his experience as an Olympic athlete, he outlined how goal setting and instilling the belief that these stretching goals can be achieved are crucial to successful businesses.
The Royal Borough Business Forum aims to provide thought-provoking presentations from high profile speakers in a range of different venues, to showcase some of the best and most interesting locations that the borough has to offer.
